IDD, Intelligen's developer, has been providing quality IT solutions and expert support to our clients for 20 years.

Every Intelligen subscription includes access to the following support features:

  • 1 Hour of Live Training – When your site is ready to deploy, we’ll host a 1 hour training session to walk you through your administrative toolset and train you and your support team on using the system to enter, edit, and publish content to your website.
  • Inline Help – Embedded "Help" icons provide “tooltips” that explain specific Intelligen tools and features exactly where you need them, directly within your administrative editors.
  • Online User Guide – A comprehensive Online User Guide includes a searchable Knowledge Base of frequently asked questions.

Additional Services Available on Request

 To complement and enhance the standard features you'll receive with an Intelligen subscription, we offer additional services and support to those clients needing help in any of the following areas:

  • Additional Training & Support – Need a little extra help getting started with the Intelligen management tools?  Additional training and support packages can be purchased in advance or on request. 
  • Custom Development – Need a tool or features not covered in Intelligen's standard feature set or add-on modules?  Let our skilled developers create a custom solution that seamlessly integrates with your standard Intelligen toolset.
  • Content Management – Having trouble getting started with your Web content?  We can help you organize, write, enter, and even manage your content over time, if you don't have the time or inclination to do it yourself.
  • Systems Integration – Need your website to interface with another database, system, or device?  Our systems integration team can help you tie it all together and still leverage the power of the Intelligen toolset to manage your site.

NOTE:  Support requests made outside the scope of the Intelligen subscription agreement will be billed at standard hourly rates. Custom development and consulting services are contracted and billed separately from the Intelligen subscription agreement.
